In a brush pile like that try putting some ldc up high out of reach to make them work through it more for more chances on connecting. Or you can also put a bait pile in the brush if it is big enough to keep snares a correct distance from snares.

I agree seldom. They were a very well built trap and when the jaw surface is ground square they are a good coon trap. I only tried the RJ.
