Have gone a little off it had a cheat week...Back on it now to get in check. With the pneumonia and covid I was down to 155 but now im back at 166.4 which is real good for me. I like 160 because of the added energy I get. I was at 190 when I started. Looks like im back in ketosis now according to the p strips. I do eat a few carbs but try to keep under 20 grams a day. Friends were telling me at 160 I was thin but didnt look healthy so I figured I would put on a few. How are you all doing?

I'm holding at 33 pounds loss, also trying to keep carb under 20 a day, with this beaver trapping I'm sure I'm losing more, have not weight myself in a while.

I'm fixing to get back on it. I went from 190 to 165 in 2 weeks. Haven't been on it since Christmas though. Currently at 170.

I stopped the c diet after 100 days, it did not agree with me. Hope it goes well for you.

Yup airport i dropped 4 pounds again the last week but think i was awhile getting back into ketosis. Now 4 pounds last 2-3 days

I lost weight also...but there were side effects that I did not care for. If I did it again it would be for 30 days max, but that is me. Everyone should do what they like.

yup after 30 days i dropped weight without trying....soooo...about 30 i think is max also.

I'm doing the carnivore diet with a side of Mountain Dew. Been doing it for 20 years.

I find protein with good carbs works for me but the weight loss isn’t as dramatic

I was at 225 4 years ago and started the keto diet. Lost 50 pounds and have since kept at about 179 and feel great. I'm very active and trapped all winter up & down creek banks. I'll be 72 here before long.
