i believe god is the creator which in turn makes his purpose to create and rule his creations. our purpose is to exist as his creations, enjoy his other creations and become the best versions of ourselves possible all while serving god. in short i believe my purpose is to appreciate the world around me and experience all of the joy in it and choose to appreciate it as we have free choice to appreciate or hate, a choice god gave us. as well as loving our creator who loved us so much he shared existence with us as god was the only person or thing in the whole universe to exist

Add legacy to my last name, be proud of it and ensure that it moves forward for another generation.

Hope that you put your kids in a better position to succeed in life then what you were given (not talking about $$$).

My obituary won't have my resume or salary attached, but it will have my last name and offspring listed.

The word interpreted as "meaningless " in ecclesiasties actually means something like " morning mist". What he's saying is that life and everything in life is only here for a moment. Time is a weird thing when you try to understand it. We talk about the future and the past, but the future doesn't exist at any point and the past is gone. So all you actually have to work with is the present.
I do believe we were put here to glorify God and encourage others. How we glorify God isn't as easy to answer as you might think. Sure it might be in church but it also might be painting a picture or making a child smile, or a million other things. What's important is that those things be done from love.

To be a good man and follow Jesus Christ without him your nothing!.
