Especially when Less Nesman thought turkeys could fly. Newhart was about the best comedian but Larry, Daryl and Daryl helped make that series hilarious. Just my opinion. ergo, bibamus.

If the writing is bad enough I need to be told when to laugh, it's not very funny. That's why I enjoy shows like Northern Exposure and Modern Family. My wife will watch all these new shows...I just go to the shop. Nature is reckless of the individual. Aldo Leupold.

We both avoid anything new and mainstream because it all gets raunchy and inappropriate. Very rare to find anything clean, especially in comedy.

I did have the records, but have no idea what happened to them. The Best one was "The Buttoned Down Mind of Bob New Hart". That was in the early 1960's. Very funny guy. I have been watching the series of "Adam-12", "Daniel Boone" and "The Lone Ranger". They are on Dish Network, channel 82. I can't stand to watch any of the new stuff that is on. It is all screaming, shouting, stupid and makes me want to puke. AND... the commercials are all the same way. Garry- “Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to fight, he'll just kill you.” Have been trapping 77 years…

When they said the Government stealing their SS money and keeping it I turned the channel.
