I've eaten about everything you can, and a few things that make you say why? Lol

Lobster is ok, a ribeye is better! grin

Gone are the days when a fresh 50 could get a old lettuce box filled up at the dockside
of course there was a dozen Alexander Keiths in the box so it would not blow away dockside

Do they deep fry any of the northern lobsters like they do with the spiny lobsters in Mexico?

Believe me if they were found in Louisiana we would have eaten them. Never heard of fried lobster but if I can fry a whole turkey bet I can fry lobsters too lol.

Steamed 100%, born and raised on the coast of Maine. No one that knows what they’re doing boils lobster. Put 3 inches of water in the bottom of the pot and cook it until the antennae fall off when you try to pick them up by them. Could be anywhere from 14 to 20 minutes in my experience. Most important of all, we’re glad you’re coming to visit! Enjoy!

PS I’m just poking fun. I’ve argued this often. To each his own. I always steam my lobster and clams.

I only eat the tail and claw meat, but would rather have a good steak.
