I've eaten about everything you can, and a few things that make you say why? Lol Lobster is ok, a ribeye is better! My goto meat is a porter house steak.!

Top: Softshell Clam "Steamer" (mya arenaria) . . . bottom: Geoduck Clam (panopea generosa) I thought Cajuns would eat anything, but y'all yanks got em' beat with those things. Lol. Believe me if they were found in Louisiana we would have eaten them. Never heard of fried lobster but if I can fry a whole turkey bet I can fry lobsters too lol.

Steamed 100%, born and raised on the coast of Maine. No one that knows what they’re doing boils lobster. Put 3 inches of water in the bottom of the pot and cook it until the antennae fall off when you try to pick them up by them. Could be anywhere from 14 to 20 minutes in my experience. Most important of all, we’re glad you’re coming to visit! Enjoy!
PS I’m just poking fun. I’ve argued this often. To each his own. I always steam my lobster and clams.
