On the bottom lure bring the pink out a bit more, red stripe along the top of the pink line, then violet along the body to that dark spine. It will kill in waters with whitefish. I’d also use the same noted pattern and add a bright silver to the belly, early and late season lakers that are up shallower will inhale it.
Osky Honestly, it didnt start out as a rainbow trout, and I changed my mind halfway through. I actually want to start over and brighten it up significantly. And at 22" if they dont want to eat it, they might want to fight or f*&% it lol

Can you show some of last years models and their battle scars. I redid most of them. Scuff and re epoxy. I may have some pics though. My bud and I ended up with 27 musky last year which was pretty fun

Thanks.
Send me that rock and I'll paint it up lol
One of the stipulations of our bet was that the lure could not have any paint or have any spinners attached. I caught 2 pike in short order on it and his Husky Jerk got bit off, so he quit in disgust and paid me the ten bucks that I had just won. The rock flip-flopped when retrieved just like a Daredevyl. When we fish a tournament together, I carry it as a good luck charm and a constant reminder to him
I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!

Hutchy- very nice... they look great. Have you ever tried or experimented with JIGSKINZ/PROSKINZ from Jann's Netcraft... I have not but it looks intriguing as a water transfer, I might try it I haven't but will check on it now. I want to try tanning a fish skin and using an actual walleye skin on some though
