Yer killin me Benny! Bone-in ribeye??? Correct me if I'm wrong, but for those who don't know, Benny is the mastermind who built this Trapperman website for Paul. Again, correct me if I'm wrong.

Yup, I've always said a restaurant would be the last bidness I'd want in! I would think it would be almost as bad as milking cows. Might as well give up on the ideas like getting rich and having vacation time.
When I was land locked up in Kansas I'd get some super high quality IQF seafood from my Schwan's man. The blue jake lions are basically 2nd to none.

Actually his Dad built it when he came to see me and taught me to earn a living killin beavas and wouldnt take any money for it. He just said pass it on, a few years later I did just that. This place aint changed in 20 years. Man time does fly.

Hey Benny,
Got one of those "new " Blackstone Griddles, Awsome for breakfast, Steaks, Burgers, and alot of other stuff, How about some Ideas for Cookin on a Bigass flattop. I looked at those and used a flat top before but I is a skillet man I reckon. I been making this here stuff the last year or so for breakfast, onions, red bells from a jar, chopped garlic, cut up potatoes, some type of sausage I have used them all mostly like Jimmy Dean for breakfast, mushroom, sometimes tomatoes, git it all right and plop some eggs on top and cover to simmer till they done. Feeds three or 4 takes about 25 minutes.

Dang Benny, I thought I loved seafood but you are next level LOL
Annual beach vacations as a child started the salt, it's deep in my bones today more so than much else, but cooking it of course. I don't even ride boats no more, plenty to catch on the bank if you know what you doing. This aint no bad place to spend daybreak I kinda like it. Gigging flounder until the sun comes up, that's a lotta fun too, git sum crabs too.
