Has he been prosecuted and convicted?If not I don't see how they could kick him out on hearsay.

I'm having the check blown up at my booth . This stuff has to stop NY,and pa convention contacted me said they were not letting him in will see . I contacted the NTA and they said they can't turn anyone away . But I bet they would if he wrote them a bad check He can’t be prosecuted? Down here they prosecute people that write bad checks

Sounds like someone should get every table around him and just put up signs with arrows pointing at him that say thief at this table.

they quit prosecuting bad checks here. now its a civil matter. a phrase I'm convinced is code for I'm to lazy to do my job.
never met the man that I can recall or tried his lures
since its a civil matter I say wait till there is no witnesses and go upside a thief's head when someone steals from you

If he mailed the check to you and its bad I not sure but I think if he did and its bad he can be prosecuted for mail fraud might want to check!
