It took her a month or so to get going half decent again, but she doesn't have the pain she had before. Steps give her trouble still, but otherwise she gets around ok. B You may laugh but my brother had reconstructive knee surgery and they grafted a cadaver tendon onto his to rebuild it. He has a little limp when he walks.
