Several ADC trappers charge by the hour in this area for beaver work.
A trap is only a trap if you dont know about it. If you know about it, its a challenge

I did nuisance beaver work for a wage for years for a railway.Because of the threat of washouts, the railways are required by law to have a beaver control program in place. The rates were $30\hr,10hrs\day,4 days\wk, 8 months\yr.$100\day per diem, and 8 to 12 hrs\wk overtime at time and one half. They supplied the fuel, the hi-rail truck and all traps and trapping related equipment. I had to be qualified in Rail operating rules besides licenced as a trapper. Also was responsible for 900 miles of track(beaver control)and lowering-removing all high water. Had to fly by chopper each year to identify inland threats in the wilderness areas of up to several miles in the bush and remove beaver and lower water. Also took a lot in urban localities.
As you can see working for a company is not the same as freelancing.
