when you have a roast already to go put a pot of your favorite coffee brand over top of it, and i guarentee you it will take away 90% of the gamey taste and make it juicy,

Yeppers the coffee does do roast good. I believe the coffee also helps break down meat a bit and also flavoring but main thing is cook the roast SLOWLY, that is the big key. The coffee flavor does get rid or mask the sometimes gamy flavor of some wild meat.

you can take gravy add some coffie and alittle pepper and it makes a good coffie gravy
