Small overhead furnace Menards sells one for $500.00-45,000 BTU.I have one in a 2 1/2 car garage with the thermostat right buy the door.I just slide my hand out go back in and waite about 20 minuts. They dont cost much to run if you have things insulated right.

You only live once, so get over it!

Tactics may change but the goal remains the same.

I made a solar air heater 4x8 that sits on the roof and faces south. Works really well when the sun is shining and even works descent on partly cloudy days. I have a gas heater for when it gets dark outside. But its nice having the free heat during the sunny days even during temps in the teens. can keep my garage around 60 a little hotter if I run the fans more frequently
