i have always used wire but i have seen a lot about using wood lately, just wondering which is better?????

IMO, wood gives a fuller apperance, i think wire stretches too thin...but i will use wire when i run out of boards.

Wood stretchers allow you to use the money cut that will give you more length thus more money per hide. If you have wire stretchers, I have a post in the archives that shows how to convert them very easily, so you can still use the money cut. Tom

Helps by the way you attach it, with the steel it just doesnt give enough attachment points with just the two grips. Hard to keep the whole bottom straight.

so the wood gives you a better "fuller" look in your fur, ok.
TexA what are the "T"'s in your belly boards? are they to get the belly board "bigger"?
You dont pin out your tails?

I think the tail is pinned, the T should be a block under the belly wedge to make it a bit easier to remove.

i could not quite tell on the tail, and that i was what i thought on the block but wanted to check, i think i am going to look into getting some wooden or mabe makeing some of my own if i get a little board, lol how hard are they to make??
