Illegal even with a special permit. (fully submersed required on bodygrip traps)

Looks good... should work. Show us a photo of the beaver when you get it...

I'm glad we don't have a Spring Season.... it was 87 here yesterday. Would about make a guy break out in a sweat setting traps.

Dave, If you are speaking of WA, you are wrong about conibears needing to be set fully submerged. As you know you have to have a Special Trapping Permit but the permit only requires the trap to be "set in water", nothing about fully submerged. Prior to 2000 conibears with a jaw spread of 7 inches or more had to be full submerged. That went away with I-713 and the language in the Initiative superseded it.
