Its is almost strawberry season so I thought a video about our native wild strawberries was in order! I also go over the non-native imposter, the mock strawberry, that is found everywhere and many people think IS a wild strawberry.

Love this video. Thank you Anthony. I didnt know about the tasteless invasive. They are not out here , thankfully.

I had nice big strawberries in my garden , but the bees cross pollinated them with all the wild ones I have, so in a few years, the domestic ones got small . Thats ok. I love the bees and the wild plants.

And violets. Wonderful info. Thank you .

Thanks. It came up on my YouTube feed already. We those dang things all over my yard and even managed to walk into my raised strawberry bed.
