I've been a paramedic for the last 18 years. I plan on working for a few more years at it. Prior to that I worked in the agricultural supply field - certified pesticide applicator, propane delivery and system setup, refined fuel delivery and general truck driving.

For 22 years I worked as a union boilermaker and it was good in the early years before the demontats started this green new deal! and coal is bad. We have put SCR ON boilers to take the heavy meatel out before its goes out the stack. There not 90% but I would say 80 to 85% cleaner then the 60 or 70s.

I yank around mainly paving equipment with some quarry and dirt equipment mixed in. Been at it 13 years with the same company, started at 20 years old. Work 8.5-9 months out of the year, and when paving operations shut down around the beginning of December I get laid off till March, so 3 months straight to spend hunting, trapping, and with the family!
