Maybe I am missing something, but it sure sounds like the sportsmen and women are left with an empty plate, but holding the bill. Sure easy when you take them out of the equation.

I have my doubts about how effective mediation, both in dollars and results, will be in securing a compromise on wolves in this state; but if it takes wolves out of the hands of the feds and judges and brings them back in the hands of Wisconsin, I'm willing to give it a try..
