Lets see the old one.Do you have a buyer for it yet? I'm going to list it this weekend. I plan on getting it all cleaned up tomorrow and taking pictures. It's still a good saw, I've just progressed past it and needed an upgrade.

A project coming up will be to make an end feed table. I never made one for the other saw because I knew it was on its way out. This Saw should outlive me, so that will be a must.

Does that saw have that , never cut your finger off tech knowledge brake system…? No, The government is about to mandate that, which is one of the big reasons that I upgraded to a lifetime saw.

Nice shop Finster. Any certain type blades you like to use?
swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

Nice shop Finster. Any certain type blades you like to use? For the money, I've had good luck with CMT blades. A thin kerf is also nice for saws with lower horsepower, provided you can find a thin enough riving knife if you use one.

That's one Sharp work area Thanks. I was thinking of putting up pictures of my shop, but I don't know if I want to advertise any more than I already do.

I have that same saw and for general purpose cutting I use the blade that came with it. But if I want a very smooth (Jointer quality) finish I use a Forrest "Chop master" Carbide tipped sawblade (80 Tooth, .105 Kerf). Big money blades!
