I just wanted to share my experience with buying a steinmeyer knife. I ordered a mini parallel after talking to Lee on the phone and making sure he had some available. He shipped it March 26th and I received it on April 9th. Thank you to the United States Postal Service. It was lost from there system for 9 of those days. It finally showed up and it was worth the wait. I'm finishing up the last of my beavers and it works great. It is a beautiful knife. Lee and I talked often through this process. He is a true gentleman and a great guy to deal with.

AGREE 100%!!! I used the mini for almost my entire catch this season, plus other peoples critters that were dropped off to me! It started to dull a bit, but after 40 beavers that's expected. I finally dug out my sharpening steel and a few swipes and it was back to brand new! What an incredible knife!

I got a hold of Lee and asked him to make me a smaller knife.....I have him the dimensions.

He said I could pick it up at the National in Escanaba MI 6-7 years ago. Before the convention even opened, I found his booth and there was my "mini" on the table. He said: "Zagger, I coulda sold that knife 10 times already!"

He obviously decided to add it to his overall offerings......but never called it the MZ Special! LOL
