Macthediver OP trapper Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 5,571 La Crosse, WI	Last pickled egg post here on Tman. I mentioned was going to try a vaccum sealer on next batch I made. Finally got around to doing some today. Son stopped by brought his jar sealer. So I will now for sure be picking one these gizmos up. Could see the little air bubbles fizzing out of the eggs as it pulls vaccum on jars. My guess is going to cut stand time down a bunch. Probably could open the almost right away after quit fizzing. Big two quart jar is my standard pickling mix. One of the quart has shot of red pepper and one has dash liquid smoke. Yeah I cheated didn't run just a dozen eggs in smoker.
