You haven't seen how many beaver he traps every winter? No one in their right mind does that, haha.

We are have roast beaver this evening. i didn't see eating them as one of the ways listed to observe this National Beaver Day. That must have been an oversight. But what can you expect from folks that don't know the difference between a nutria and a beaver? Haven’t gathered the courage to try one yet. What’s your recipe? I'm no expert. I've only made a half-dozen or so ever. I just made a post about it, here's a link. Roasted Beaver and Rutabaga.

I'll drink to International nutria day! Made my way through college trapping those things! One might suggest that it was that college education the got you leaning somewhat to the left, but since politics ain't allowed on here I won't. Good thing.... lefties are well known tattle-tails!
