Boston won the hockey game yesterday. Spring is finally here I think. It's walleyes and turkey time. Life is good. Life is good. Sure is! Wish I had Walleye a little closer to me here on the peninsula. But I can get after saltwater fish so it’s all good. Turkey season starts the 13th (De) and the 18th (MD) for me. Going to hunt Maine this spring also, so looking forward to it.

US church attendace across all denominations has dropped by over 20% in just the last four years.
I'm not distressed by this. I'm guessing that the majority of those dropping out are cultural "christians". I think it's probably better that they not attend at all, rather than deceiving themselves. There's a better chance that the Holy Spirit will convict their hearts and draw them to God if they aren't sitting in a church thinking that attendance alone will do them good.
