We had one, although it was a different style. It worked fine on the thinner gauge stuff, we ended up just buying actual commercial nippers (not sure what the actual name is for them) and they work a lot better.
If cutting a lot of straight lines that will be hidden (like under a ridge vent or something) then pop a line with a chalk box, and cut with skill saw with a cutting wheel. Factory edge down.

There's a double cutter and a nibbler that I know of. Both work good for their applications.

I bought a metal cutter for my dewalt circular saw, did real good. It does leave a rough, sharper edge that would have to be covered but I wore the blade out I used it so much.

For the thinner corrugated "barn roof" type steels you can turn a skil saw blade backwards. Make sure you wear earplugs.

We honestly are at a point where we buy China junk expecting it to not work how crazy is that.

I've used these for years building racecar bodies. Aluminum.

They work good on flat metal.

Put metal roof on my parent's house and mine.

Bought a circular saw that is made for cutting metal (lower RPM than one for carpentry) and blades for it.

Very loud but worked good.
Have also used the reversed circular saw blade method

My fear with the abrasive wheels is the heat and starting a point of exposed steel that will rust sooner the a cut edge will.
