Best of luck Sir.

No, looks like Reynauld's Syndrome to me. I've had the same thing for twenty years.

I have had it for around 10 years. Freaked me out when I first showing symptoms. Not really a big deal. My extremities just get colder faster than most. I have to plan accordingly

I've had it for decades. It is not a disease but rather a symptom, sometimes the result of something serious like Lupus, often of no consequence. It is an over reaction of the bodies natural response to cut circulation to the extremities when exposed to cold. Warming the affected hand has no effect, you have to warm your core.

You can treat the condition very effectively. On a cold day, take a pan of warm water outside. Get completely naked, go outside and submerge your hands in the water. As your core temperature is reduced, it has "tricked" your body into believing the blood circulating in your fingers will bring back heat (warm blood) to your core, and the circulation will be maintained. This is not a joke. I do it about monthly in winter, less often in spring and fall, to maintain circulation.

My wife has it.

I can work all winter gloves off, but she will get it when it's below 75 in the house some times.

Haven't found what triggers it or a cure as of yet.

Carpal tunnel can make your hands and fingers go numb too.

Must be nice to eat ice cream as fast as you want and not have to worry about brain freeze.

Know all about it. Makes skinning during fur season rough! Only thing that hurts more than losing the circulation is getting it back.

Son has it bad and now our granddaughter as well. Really limits his outdoor activities in the winter. The scariest I remember was he was wrestling in a very cold gym. He was winning, got a bloody nose we couldn't stop. Got it to stop but his hands were dark blue with white tips, lips were dark blue, scary-looking. I was going to forfeit it out and he said Dad, I can stall it out, he was winning and did. Freaked me out.
