I have had it for around 10 years. Freaked me out when I first showing symptoms. Not really a big deal. My extremities just get colder faster than most. I have to plan accordingly

You can treat the condition very effectively. On a cold day, take a pan of warm water outside. Get completely naked, go outside and submerge your hands in the water. As your core temperature is reduced, it has "tricked" your body into believing the blood circulating in your fingers will bring back heat (warm blood) to your core, and the circulation will be maintained. This is not a joke. I do it about monthly in winter, less often in spring and fall, to maintain circulation.

Know all about it. Makes skinning during fur season rough! Only thing that hurts more than losing the circulation is getting it back. Roy
