Looks like you would have to mail to ohio. Or drive to South Dakota. We may be the most "southern" plains states to have a FHA agent (or at least we did several years back).

Source: fha website I noticed that. It'd be nice if we had a closer agent. I'd drive em instead of boxing/shipping.

Well oddly enough all my best coyotes that never sold on the auction show as being sold. The first 12ish lots had zero bids or interest but now show sold. So much for no sales after the sale. Well surprise-surprise just look at the expression on Mark's face when he is dealing with that during the auction, (wonder what fly on the wall bought them) T4ever did bring it up again PRICES FOR # 1 GOODS they were begging dimes moves in the mink, and only offered 7K, back in the days it would have been 70K

I just might have to ship any Central bcats next year to FH. Do you have a shipper down there? We don't have one here anymore and I think it's about impossible for an individual to ship fur across the border, especially a cites specie. FHA is picking up in 18 towns and cities in Kansas, in April. I'm sending mine, if Groeny doesn't come close to what I want. 5 towns in southaest Kansas. Wichita, Parsons, Baxter Springs, Yates Center, and Fort Scott.

It was no PT sales AFTER the last hammer. There were plenty of lots between the first 12 and the last one. Plenty of time for a PT deal to be worked out. Which would be 100% above board.

All my blanket beaver went for $50 plus. I wouldn't have gotten that from the traveling truck. I'm happy with what the guys did in North Bay. You have a superb quality beaver up on Tug Hill. I used to buy those many years ago from Pete Smith and Shedevy. I was always impressed. They were always well handled, didn't shrink in the dressing and turned out really nice!!

I hope the higher pluck/shear beaver market keeps all those northern heavy beavers out of the hatter market so these southern beavs maintain the current pricing....lol
Also, with the bottoming out of the ranch fur industry, maybe you mink and rats trappers will continue to see increasing prices. Hopefully the wild fox market improves too...but, won't do me much good...we don’t have many reds and the greys have vanished too. They're in the coyote poop.

So he should have said on lot such and such I have a bid of whatever right? He never did as far as I watched the whole time. Lots of times they go back a page or 2 and do that, I never heard or saw that in said this case.

Not sure what happened in the auction room on that first page of coyotes. I wasn’t listening.
Most likely they got to the end of the heavy coyotes and some one decided they wanted the better ones. Too late to go back that many catalog pages, so they agreed on a price.
In my opinion, if it happened before the last hammer dropped, it was all legit and above board. No rules broken.
But you probably don’t see it that way. I'm ok with it just need something to complain about. Overall I think they did a great job
