Its published or you would not know that before you buy. You probably would know though that people dont work for nothing, and the fees go back into our auction house and profits dispensed according to the board of directors not into someones pocket to pay for a lavish lifestyle.

Glad I sold in the country. Averaged better selling locally on everything, and didnt have to pay commission

I think Goldy has flipped more beaver than you have in your day Boco and that is including the ones you count in your sleep instead of sheep.

I have never seen his fur, maybe he would have got a lower price at the auction I know I got 10 more per pelt at FHA than the local buyer was paying here. My averages dont correllate with the auction avg since there are so many sections included in the large number of pelts the auction house handles I may not have trapped as many beaver as goldy but I have trapped a few beaver N of 50,just in case you didnt know I was a full time nuisance trapper for over 10 years 50 hours a week,8 months a year.

You never took those for a local buyer to offer you a price...so dont go astray How do you know what I did with them.I skinned a lot of good ones while sitting in the sidings clearing trains, lol. I did sell them,as I always got a permit to posess. Some private, some at auction.Sold a couple ton of castor too, some to stickles and lots to the FHA buyer.Had a bunch of rods in the back of the high rail truck under the cap where the castors hung drying. Now you are making me nostalgic for the old days N of 50,lol.

But I've seldom personally averaged much more than the auction average, I averaged $34 for my beaver and $40 for my otter locally, didnt have to pay commission and I'm supporting a great local buyer.

Boco, could you tell us what price you received for your beaver? It's difficult to tell what is what with averages.
Size, grade, when caught and what ever else you can add. I will let you know my avg after the auction and the deductions have been taken off.

Lavish lifestyle? That's funny, compared to 80 percent of the worlds population, you live a lavish lifestyle.

I will say fha seems to be listening to shippers maybe. We complain about private treaty after the auctions and this time they stopped that. Lotting letters were posted quicker with some glitches, results were posted every day, I will say good work so far.

X2, and I was one who did complain , but they fixed my problem quickly and I thanked them for that. Don’t know where else I could have avg. before commission and drumming fees, $55 for NY fisher.
