I’m getting ready to try some 6” foot snares for hogs. I think I have a good all around game plan. I’ve been using wolf master power snares and regular snares with entanglement but after a close call with a deer I’m looking in a different direction. If anyone has tried them there experiences would be greatly appreciated. Side note that snaring hogs from spring through fall in Mississippi means a lot of the meat goes to waste which has also got me looking at this option cause it isn’t lethal.
