Such expertise on American judges- who knew? Dont you know why the lady justice(Justitia) has scales and a blindfold? And what criteria do you believe is required to be knowledgeable? You think only Americans are Knowledgeable about American issues because you are not knowledgeable about other countries? That is telling. Justitia and Prudentia predate the the USA by a few centuries,lol. Boco in a world that once was of course your right. In America now judge shopping is done openly As well as jurisdiction selection. I dont buy it cause it is only spouted as an issue when a verdict doesnt go the way you want.
Everything is great when it agrees with your views.
Just to add,you hear the exact same thing from both sides when a decision goes one way or the other.

That’s a bit of snow to deal with! So you were trapping earlier & later to try n manage the population. Yeah, some areas we could use foot holds starting mid September, and start using snares in mid November. That dry ground time was when we stood a chance, but high elevation and lots of snow makes it hard. Social science strikes again.

Dirt they are furred out but in the upper Snake region where I am at we fight deep snow where trying to keep traps running is all but impossible. 500+ plus inches a winter is the norm. I wish I could say what I want to but it would definitely get me booted. I have nothing but good things to say for the ITA and Rusty and know he will keep fighting these lawsuits. We need to quit bickering and work together or for sure will fall like CO,OR,WA,and a few other states. Believe me, I was living in CO when the ani-trapping bills came out and all the (Sportsman) were so busy fighting each other and beating their chests that it was passed without incident. When do your seasons run for cats marten fox etc? Marten is Nov 1-Jan 31. Cats are mid Dec to mid Feb. Fox are year round in most areas of the state, same as coyotes and skunks

Just how many grizzlies have been caught in wolf traps? I doubt it's a significant number. I've been trapping wolves in country saturated with grizzlies for over 50 years. Never ONCE did I catch a grizzly! Why penalize trappers for what is basically a non-existent problem? The answer is obvious: To be politically correct! Pete

I wish we had a season Dec 1 to Feb 28 I had a nice one on trail camera yesterday morning, checking out my old coyote dirt hole set I had this winter behind my house.

Boco I can’t say much more without getting more political than Paul wants. So I will end with one little tidbit for you . If you think what Trump is going through right now in NY is not politically motivated then you are way too liberal for me to have a civil conversation with.

Good wolves are selling well at the auction,not so much for the poorer furred ones but still fair.
Blacks are the hot item again.
