spring is about a month early here in southern WI. Robins were back in the end of Feb. Sandhill Cranes are back too. Haven't seen any vultures yet tho. I have Crocus blooming for about 2 weeks already. Daffodils are up and have flower buds ready to pop open, give them and other week or two and they will be going. Usually its Easter time frame. Hepaticas are blooming in the woods, again, about 3-4 weeks earlier than normal. I see lots of prairie plants starting to poke out of the ground in the areas that were burned last fall. There is a green tinge to the ground in these areas when looked at in a flat plane. I did some prescribed burning in the woods earlier this week, usually around Easter is the earliest. Our driveway was clear of all snow and ice in Feb, usually its late March.
Yes, just about everything you mentioned I have noticed as well. The Golden eagles I have noticed haven't been working on their nests as early as some years. The Balds yesterday where doing the mating ritual with air acrobatics. Yep, things are actually getting a green ting and new growth has started when looking closely. Like you said Vultures aren't back yet here either.

Pulled an early turkey tag for WI that should work out this year the way it’s going.

I show a week of below freezing highs starting in a few days. But at least the end is in sight. The geese started showing up good last week, which is about a week early.
