So unable to get ahold of the opossum cop over the last couple days, so I figured I would ask yall.. can we trap waterways at bridges on the hyways? What about trapping culverts along the hyways?? The only thing I can find is about snares on fences along roads... js curious if I could expand my coon and beaver line legally this way..

As far as I know right of way trapping is only legal if you have landowner permission on both sides of the road...and that may only pertain to bridges. I'd wait to hear from your possum cop.

I'm pretty sure you can't set the row on state highways. County roads might be different. Let us know what you find out.

Trapping in the ditches with landowner permission may be legal, but it is creating opportunities for drama and theft. In my experience its not worth it.

Non Emergency stopping on a highway is likely not allowed.
