Today's the first day of ramp.selling season for us. I also have farm.fresh eggs for sale and a few commercially produced ramp items..like ramp mustard and ramp barbecue sauce for sale. They're produced by a wv veteran commercially and the ramps he uses come from us. Calvin, thw guy that makes the products was our first ramp.customer and he regularly buys from us weekly. We"re hoping for a repeat of last season..right at 18,000 In about 5 weeks. Wish us luck! Kick butt while butt is there to kick! Break $20,000!

I just checked on mine today. They're the ones you sent me last year. I can't believe that you're ahead of me in WV but you sure are. I checked on them a week ago and only found 2 that were just breaking ground. Today I only checked the nearest patch of them, but there was about 6-7 of them... most of them just barely peeking up. I'll give it another week and then check both patches... by then I should be able to tell how many of them survived.
Does the guy that sells the ramp mustard and stuff have a website? Our weather has been crazy.im glad some of them are up, that's great. His website and Facebook are riggleman farms in augusta wv

I've diversified..im.now selling bulbs and pickled ramps too.
Jerry is digging his nuts off I ca tell ya that.
He's dug over a ton of ramps this season.
We're at 16,000 but I've figured put a way to extend our season.
We aold.aome at a ramp dinner last weekend.
I sold 620.00 worth of ramps and ramps and ramp products in 4 hours
Best part was more than half of the money came from pickled ramps, canned ramps and weiners and ramperroni rolls..
.jerry didnt think any of that would sell and it sold like hot cakes.
I have orders for 3 dozen jars of pickled ramps and I can sell more than that.
I'm also selling bulbs and will xtend our season by selling seeds as well.
They're crazy expensive online.
