I seen videos of how many shots you guys take to get a caribou. I always wondered why we had so many lame caribou by the time the Porky's get us after spending time in Alaska. Them NATO rounds could not stop 120 poud Somallis in Blackhawk Down So one , FMJ works different then hunting rounds , and two mos tof those guys are hopped dup on kot which is similar to meth if I remember right so ...yeah... That being said socom is allowed to use some special stuff made with 77 gre smks if I remember right and they don't have that problem

Sounds like he asked because he's thinking about getting one for hunting. Just like asking if someone uses a .458 socom for hunting. Real life opinions from actual users. I think white cliffs uses that for hogs a good bit,

Providence Farm I would not have spoke to be before that. You can choose your friends. Why speak to an enemy, even if they are related? It sound like she figured that out before you did.
As kids we got along great I took her fishing with me, ha had a 2 piece rod come apart when I cast and a lure ended up stuck in har scalp all the way to the bend in the hook. Around highschool I was not around her as much being busy hunting fishing and chasing girls. I went to high school with the guy she married and liked him well enough he was a good guy in highschool and always at her youth group. I had only seen her a few time in several year for shot times since they moved. So never got the chance to do much more than how are you what's been going on in your life brief things before they moved on or someone else walked up and started visiting. So I had no idea how far left she had moved. The above communication was starting when my wife saw a post she made on face book and showed me. I was nice at first untill the liberal play book came out then I told her what I thought. Still nicely but the left can't handle their world views being questioned or have facts an proof pointed out to them. They also will not take the time or opportunity to get educated when the chance is available. I did hope she would come out and shoot.

Does any one ask if anyone hunts with a Winchester bolt action or lever action? A Ruger or Remington? Why would you? If you have one and feel like the caliber works for what you want and it goes bang and shoots with in good for you, what else is there? It needs a wood stock? Does anyone eat with a fork in their right hand? How about use a spoon to get soup out of a bowl? I am thinking about getting a fork and spoon.

There's threads on here all the time asking for opinions on different calibers, actions, scopes, brands and just about anything else you can think of.

O and just some advice,if you do get one , do yourself a favor and go ahead and get a cantilever scope mount, makes live much nice on the AR platform compared to normal rings. And you really really don't have to spend a don't on them . Arken has a good. One for like $60 ? Most of the wins I run are like 30 or less and do fine getting bumped around here and there....though if you really feel the need you could go up to like $500 for some really Gucci ones If you're going to pay for a decent mount...pay for a decent scope. Haven't heard of anyone that complains about Athlon very much at all $300 scope on a $60 mount don't seem bad for a coyote gun
