We smoked suckers once. Flavor was really good, but those fine little bones are a real pain. Haven't done any suckers since. Any ideas on what to do about the fine bones? Rib bones aren't a big deal, just the many fine bones are. X2

Hi ADC, In the smoker in the pic, I clean grates and take ashes out after smoking fish. In my personal experience I would taste no fish if I grilled New York Strips the next day. I smoke with apple branches put threw my Woodchipper which also chops up a lot of beaver carcasses.
