I slipped and fell on some ice Tues night and really trashed my good knee, or rather my less bad knee. My whole body hurts!

Got a get well basket from trapper man yesterday. It is very nice and much appreciated. With only one arm I can not take, and post, a picture but I certainly will enjoy the gift.
Went to the doctor yesterday and the bone is starting to heal but I still have three more weeks in the fancy hospital sling then it’s into a plain ol’ generic sling for I don’t know how long.

Probably a wakeup call for down the road. Glad it wasn't any worse.

It gets better but it’s a slow process just use it as much as you can is what I do even if it minimal to start with it will get easier. Injured my left shoulder in a fall last May it still has a ways to go but it’s getting there.

Hang in there is all a guy can do.

Hoping you have a speedy recovery, although you probably don't heal as fast as you did when younger. Bright side it was only the shoulder and not a hip or neck

Reminds me of a cartoon I once saw where two guys came out of a rest room. One guy had both arms in a cast. He looked at the other guy and said, "Thanks!"

A few years ago I woke up with a knot in my back. Went to the lumber yard to get a sheet of 3/4" plywood. When I lifted it something popped in my back. I made it to the job and tried to work through it. Within a half hour I was laying on the ground and couldn't lift my head. I played there for 2 hours before I crawled to the passenger seat of my truck. My buddy drove me home where I laid in bed for 5 days. Here's my latest one, 2 weeks ago I was cutting a sheet of veneer on the table saw, the blade caught it after the cut was made and shot back at me in a spectacular explosion.
