I lost my balance on a beaver dam and pulled my hamstring. I had just swung my pack basket on with a big beaver (turned out to be 52 lbs) when the beaver flopped to the other side of the basket and when I corrected to balance myself my leg gave out and I fell. I couldn't put any weight on it for awhile but managed to limp to the 4 wheeler pulling the beaver behind me. This isn't the first time a long beaver has done that in my fiber basket, its short and wide. I think I need get a longer more narrow basket or fasten the beaver down before I pick it up. Hopefully I am back at it before long. Has anyone else had that issue with the fiber baskets?

Nessmuck, most of the places I go would be really difficult to pull a sled through, even with snow. But I am going to start using one where I can.
