Took a buddy of mine out yesterday. 45" and 39" pike, 40" and 36" laker

The 40" laker was massive and had to go 30 lbs.

Depends. My bud had 15 lb test and it took 20 mins.

Less time on my 42" heavy with 30 lb test

Everything went back. We got a 23" walleye we probably should have kept, but it went back

You catch some awesome fish, Hutchy! Commendable that you catch and release. Have you ever had replicas made?

They seem to like a spot about that depth this time of year. Just so you can barely see bottom. Great catch Hutchy. . Catch a big one for me. old243

I have a 43" pike on the wall that ripped out a gill raker and died when I was 18, and a 29" walleye I accidentally gaffed when I was 17. Lots of ice and I thought it was a pike!

Other than that, I'm good with pictures, measurements and memories
