I am getting ready to do my income tax, I was trying to get my 1099K form from eBay and a message popped up that I do not have a 1099K this year. What is the amount of sales one has to have to have that form?

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

It takes either: $20k in sales, or 200 transactions.

Dang if I know. I have a relative that does some ebaying and one vase went for 800.00 and I know they had some other sales as well. They didn't get one. I didn't do anywhere near 20k or 200 transactions and eBay sent mine in the mail.

Poor people have poor ways.

If you had to give any refunds those DO NOT show up on the 1099. When doing taxes you have to subtract the refunds from the total on eBay 1099. I quit eBay because you end up paying more tax than you need to because everything got to complicated and I didn't want to become an example of the IRS.
