Looks like it might be good , I'd have to erase the celery and the nasty sour cream though

Verry Interesting.
I am trying, un-successfully, to imagine what the caraway does for this recipe. I guess I'll just have to try it.
I am also thinking salmon might work well in place of the crab.

Is it just me or would it be better off called Crab Louise seeing it’s a crab recipe? Not sure these guys talking about Lobster read the recipe. Looks good to me.
wws
So the name of this cookbook is called Blue plate specials. And each chapter features a diner or restaurant. Beefy Stu’s, Liberty’s Diner, Lobster Louie’s and so on. They categorize the food according to the area and what is popular. Lobster Louie’s is all kinda Maine inspired

I'm going to have to try this sometime when my wife and kids are gone.
Sounds fantastic toe, but they wouldn't be on board with it

Ok, gave it a try, less caraway: OK, pretty good.

Ok, gave it a try, less caraway: OK, pretty good. Awesome! I like caraway seeds but mostly in Eastern European recipes …Transylvanian goulash and stuffed cabbage.
