Was looking through my old Gooseberry Patch cookbooks! I tried this one out tonight cause I had fresh bread that needed used! You’re gonna love it! I think it could use some heat? Maybe Frank’s red hot??? And I used fresh sautéed mushrooms instead of canned. They were a hit!

Can prob omit both but we like celery! And I diced it so much you couldn’t tell it was in there

I like sour cream. I hardly ever eat lobster.

Is it just me or would it be better off called Crab Louise seeing it’s a crab recipe? Not sure these guys talking about Lobster read the recipe. Looks good to me.

I am trying, un-successfully, to imagine what the caraway does for this recipe. I guess I'll just have to try it.

I am also thinking salmon might work well in place of the crab.

So the name of this cookbook is called Blue plate specials. And each chapter features a diner or restaurant. Beefy Stu’s, Liberty’s Diner, Lobster Louie’s and so on. They categorize the food according to the area and what is popular. Lobster Louie’s is all kinda Maine inspired

It's been a long g time since I ate lobster.

Awesome! I like caraway seeds but mostly in Eastern European recipes …Transylvanian goulash and stuffed cabbage.
