So many people waste a lot of time worrying about things they have no control over that cycle is never ending if you let that happens. The more realistic a person is the less stressful life would be but hard choices need to be made once but only once is the difference.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Type II is not genic. Its from a high carb diet choice. Probably your family eats a high carb diet too. Plenty of skinny people with high blood sugar.

People think they are eating healthy, but they been lied too, and are not.

If your eating sugar, fruit bread, potatoes, rice, noodles, beans, beer on a daily basis, your not eating heathy.

the good news its reversable by diet change, otherwise is masking the problem with meds just like the drug companies want you to do.

Social interacting with different people either at work or in your daily environment can expose you to various potential airborne health risks. Just a fact. Working indoors around different people daily puts you at higher risk vs a more outdoor related vocation and lifestyle.

Contantly circulating air moves bacteria, viruses and pathogens to those in a closed space controlled environment. You can check off several boxes with a good lifestyle and still get exposure from social borne infectious interactions.

If you have an immune system that is not well equipped for that exposure, you can catch everything that comes down the pike so to speak. Others may be more well equipped to ward off such things better. Stress certainly plays a factor in most people lives if you let it get to you that way.

Some of your DNA makeup is genetic inheritance as it is with all of us, to some degree or another.

Stress is a critical factor in how you are feeling It can impact how well you sleep and also make a difference in how your body fights off germs and various illnesses Your body produces dopamine . That is a chemical that sends signals to all parts of your body that makes it possible to function in a normal way . And most of he time when you are doing something that you like or enjoy the more dopamine your body produces. So it only follows that stress and issues that make it more difficult to get through the day will lead to more negative reactions to problems and how we deal with them
