This was in response to Wolfies post.^^^^^ But say anything good about Trump and your a "Trump Worshiper".Prove me wrong. But they don’t have a better option is what I don’t think is credible. If one guy will chop off a finger and the other guy will chop off your hand you would make a decision pretty quickly .

I never said if you said anything good about him your a trump worshiper 2. I never said calling someone either or was good 3. Are there people who are complete snowflake idiots or trump worshiping smooth brains yes but just because you like or criticize someone doesn't sling you into the far side of either side of the isle this making you either or. 4. I could write a few paragraphs doing over my thoughts in detail but I'm no in the mood to getting my words spun around by people who are dead set in their thoughts and will think what they want regardless so

While we all seem to share some commonality...trapping/ fur harvesting etc., For some people, that all goes out the window if others don't think exactly as they do. Support, join or donate to whatever you want, I don't care. And, by the same token, you shouldn't care what I support or join.
I sure hope we never get to a point when we might have to depend on one another. That might be a gloomy day.

Good points. Yes this thread was about Trump being pro gun and showing it because he went ant talked with and at an NRA event. O boy. Lost more gun rights under Trump backed by the NRA than under 8 years of Obama and 3 of Biden. Guess we should get really excited trump is giving lip service to the NRA
It would have made my day back when I thought the NRA and Trump were pro gun. But they have both shown that are not an like gun restrictions.
Guess we shouldn't point out its nothing to get excited about but that hurts some people feelings. Must be a left leaning Trump hating democrat because you don't like the gun restrictions from our guys.
But If it was done under Democrats it would not be ok then.
Come to think of it other than the assault weapons ban Clinton signed in 94? I think all the major passed gun restrictions have been under Republicans and backed by the NRA.
But it's ok because it is our guys in the name of compromise right. Seems like the best thing for gun rights is the opposite of what the NRA and republicans push. Not that Democrats don't want us completely disarmed because they due but the biggest passes under Republicans. It's almost like both side want us disarmed but play like they fight about it.

It was also Clinton that got the back door gun owner registry

P.S. if compromise works why are we still having to defend our right to self defense and arms?

why are we still fighting for our rights? Because compromise on your rights does not work. The more you lose the more government wants. Our country was founded on the idea that government would govern with the consent of the governed. Do you believe we have that today? Those in power always want more.

I was talking about Trump being weak on civil rights and the NRA being a scam like PETA.
You still have rights even if the government today does not recognize them. King George didn't recognize the right of the colonies to declare independence either.
