Yes. Regardless of dementia Joe being old and with memory lose it still is a crime to have those classified docs. But..... it depends on who you are the way it looks.

It is illegal to have classified docs no matter your state of mind or who you are.

Way back when sniffy took those docs, He was : Not president, so did not have the authority to declassify them or indeed remove them from the archives, much less keep them as a private citizen in his garage or a public place like the PA university. He held no public office between the time he was Vise President ant the time he got installed in the oval office.

Just another case of the two tiered justice system.

As VP he had no right to possess that material and he was not impaired at that time he made that decision to do so. The laws apply to common folks not the ones that make the laws.

With Hillary there was no intention of committing a crime. Ya no one buys that that was the reason for the private server to begin with avoid oversight. She wiped it before finally handing it over that doesn't show intent to hide crimes..


But worse is the drunk that was driving and killed my wife's aunt who got in the car with hime and he crashed resulting in her death got 10 years 2 days ago. He didn't intend to crash and kill her so by the same logic should not be getting 10 years.
