Drinking a six pack or more of soda pop is the absolute worst for people, and it don’t matter if it’s diet or regular pop. The high fructose corn syrup that they use way too sparingly in process foods is the debil! Only way it is processed in a human body is through the liver, and it ends up causing fatty liver. AND diabetes! Now they have found that many other diseases, are all coming from the same source!

Had a native kid from a local Rez in my group at the youth academy when it was time to line up he said, “nope not going to line up! “ I said why not? He said, “every time he gets in a line someone hands him a brick of cheese.” He was funny.

If you don't like the federal guidelines, don't use them. People cry about everything today..
