Very few if any. The grasslands used to be trapped pretty regular from out of state trappers in the mid 2000's. Pretty sure they still are.

Don't know about the trapping, but the pheasant hunting is usually pretty decent.

Some years back I met an ol boy from Santana that said he trapped a lot of feed yards. I am sure he is now so old he wouldn't cut much of a swath but I always assumed every feed yard would need a good trapper.

Does Cletus still go out there to thump on coyotes?

One season I tried to come up with the number of coyotes killed in the sw quadrant of KS.


I came up with 10k that I knew of, and there's lots of coyote killers I dont know anything about.




And especially now days when guys selling stuff need to generate content, and pump up numbers you'll see lots of license plates from back east.
