I've done a bunch of searching for a clamp system I see a lot of people using, but most of the threads are old and maybe these aren't made anymore?

I already have a ceiling mounted electric hoist and was hoping for just a bottom half station for yotes and coons and maybe even deer. Does anyone make and sell these anymore or do I need to find a shop to make one? Is there such a version or is it even possible to have one where I just hold a metal plate down with my foot to avoid drilling into my garage floor? I don't mind drilling, but we might be moving soon and I'd prefer not too if I can avoid it. I don't really have the volume to justify a big expense, but I'm all about finding a way to save time if it makes sense.

yes, same as the roller style will.

John Schoeder Grand Island Neb makes some dandy skinners....for shop or reciever hitch.....great welding and design....usually sets up at Neb convention......which will be at Weeping Wells Neb this Sept....John made great cages.....but has sold that business

Glad to help. Those aren't all the options I made. I built custom ones to suit the needs/wants of the buyer. I made ones that angle to the side so guys could skin in a small basement from one bottom corner to the top corner across the room. I build one you could park your truck on the base to hold it in place while in use. I built them to be mounted outside to a telephone pole. Here's an oddball one, the guy knew what he wanted so I built it like he asked. I even built the cog and locking mechanism. ...





I even made them in custom colors...



This one is the original, first one I ever built. Still in use, a lot of years and a lot of critters later....
