Wanted to say, it was good to put a face to a name, and also ask about that syrup. Man it is tasty! Do you guys add anything to it or is it how you cook it? There is a kinda subtle flavor behind the maple, but wow, really good! We get a few pints a year from friends who boil it but nothing like this. Best trade ever!!
