Thanks Bluegrassman. That’s the = Pre Cut 6 inch from No Bs trap. Hard to tell in pic. BUT where my finger is ? The screen is bellow it. I Level my pan first. Actually Just a tad low in front. Then I test with screen wire. The retighten nut. After that. I file on it. NO bow way for me. In hot summer?? USDA government trappers tell me. It’s a NO GO

You should be able to take a piece of wood and place it on the screen above the lever but not on the pan but within 1/8” to a 1/4” of the pan and push down (only on the screen) and the trap fire.

That screen looks nice. Do you prefer the screen over something under the pan like pipe insulation for any particular reason?

I'm also not sure what you mean by No bow way and a hot summer?

got another female this weekend on a pipe set. Believing my success and failures are probably more weather condition and set interest related than they are pan tension, but I still would like to get it under 4. This yote worked hard on knawing on the pipe before she stepped on the pan whereas other cam pics show visitors sniffing around and not really working them.

Shout out to night owl lures for their long distance and gland used on this set in addition to some cavin hiawatha
