If I cut a hole in the middle divider between the freezer and refrigerator, will it freeze everything in it?

I’m guessing you would cut some cooling, or at least some electrical. Just my guess. X2
The bitterness of poor quality last a lot longer than the sweetness of low price

Is this a top freezer? If heat rises, then by default the cool air would have to sink. If that occurs, then the thermostat will run a lot of extra time and could potentially start frosting the regenerated section if given enough time with out opening any doors.
