Alaska	I live right on the Yukon river bank, and during the spring river ice break up we see moose standing on a sheet of rotten ice floating down the river. Most dont make it to shore the ice is grinding, we have watched them go under before and never come up. Once a brown bear was curled up sleeping on a small piece of ice floating by the house, when the dogs barked it woke up and jumped into the water and swam towards us, we were standing in the yard. I had to run into the house and grab a gun and came out as it was just hitting the beach, I shot two rounds into the mud by its feet, and it turned and it ran up the beach. https://www.youtube.com/user/yukonjeffimagery/videos?disable_polymer=1
