The problem is no heads hit the ground and there is never any accountability. Just a you can't do that and move on. When they are ordered to pay out millions we continue to loose because the payment come from tax money.

Won't stop until there is personal accountability.

I wonder what all was stolen after it was ruled unconstitutional?

Good article. Color me surprised, given the OP's usual habit of posting questionable sources.

But where is the criminal case that might send someone to jail? That would be beyond the scope of the lawsuit brought by the plaintiffs, who were owners of the safety deposit boxes.

Unless the LEOs pocketed some of the contents, I suspect you're right, no one will be going to jail.

If this was part of an investigation I would assume any evidence gleaned from this would be inadmissible?

not sure jail is the answer however the agent in charge overstepping the warrant so much should be looking for a new job not in law enforcement.

loosing your job and career for a serious out of bounds seems more fitting.

With the lists of contents being destroyed who is to say a lot of cash, jewelery and other valuables didn't find their way into raiding pukes pockets.
Everyone and I mean absolutely everyone involved with the raid should be terminated from service with no severance pay, thrown out with the smelly trash they are.
